Homemade Whipped Cream

For dessert tonight, we had angel food cake with fresh berries and homemade whipped cream!
You will need: 1 pint of whipping cream, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1/2 T. vanilla, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 t. ground cinnamon, and a hand mixer. 

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl on low, then gradually turn up the speed and mix until stiff peaks begin to form. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
