Green Rice (Cheddar Broccoli & Rice Casserole)

No, the rice isn't colored green. Oh, and don't let the sight of broccoli fool you, this recipe isn't what most would call healthy either. This is the dish I always asked my mom to make for me growing up, and now I am sharing her recipe with you!

(Cheddar Broccoli & Rice Casserole)

3 cups cooked rice (1 cup dried rice to 2 cups water)
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
1 (15oz) jar of Cheeze Whiz
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Ground Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the rice. Cook the broccoli. On the stove, heat the soup and the cheese together. Mix in the rice and broccoli, and add some salt and pepper to taste. Cook in a casserole dish for 25-30 minutes.  Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
